What’s cuter than a baby bunny or chick in your child’s Easter basket?? I can’t think of a thing! I mean seriously, baby animals are absolutely ADORABLE and children love cuddling them!!

The problem however, is that babies turn into adults…. and children often lose interest quickly. Even bunnies and chicks can grow pretty big and require a TON of work!! Feeding and tending to these innocent creatures is a large task, and most kids have other things they would rather be doing.

Many animals given as holiday gifts, become unwanted and neglected.

Please do not give live animals as gifts to your kids this Easter, but instead sponsor a farm animal from Farm Sanctuary.
